Support Young People in Northampton
Aquarius Young People's Substance misuse team is seeking a motivated and experienced Complex Needs Practitioner to join our team. The successful candidate will work on an outreach basis, visiting various locations, including schools, colleges, and community agencies, to provide targeted support to young people who are at risk of substance misuse or affected by parental substance misuse. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to build relationships with external partners. You will be responsible for delivering 1-1 and group work interventions, developing and implementing individualised support plans, and contributing to the development of our team's policies and procedures. We offer a competitive salary, ranging from £25,000 to £35,000 per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications.
