Job Title: Head of Healthcare Services

We are seeking an experienced and skilled healthcare professional to lead our healthcare services at HMP Littlehey. As the Head of Healthcare Services, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality healthcare services to our patients, ensuring that they receive the best possible care.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong background in healthcare management, with experience of leading teams and implementing change. You will be responsible for developing and implementing care pathways, ensuring that our patients receive the highest quality care. You will also be responsible for monitoring and managing risk, taking proactive action to mitigate any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement care pathways to ensure high-quality care for patients
  • Monitor and manage risk, taking proactive action to mitigate any issues
  • Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care
  • Develop and implement quality assurance measures to ensure high standards of care
  • Participate in the wider NHFT Specialist and Secured Services Governance framework and contribute to strategic planning

The successful candidate will have:
