Job Title: Head of Children's Community Health Services

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to lead our children's community health services. As Head of Children's Community Health Services, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve the health and wellbeing of children and young people in our community.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure high-quality services for children and young people.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals, social workers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Develop and manage budgets to ensure effective resource allocation.
  • Monitor and evaluate service performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality services.
