Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Property Development Lawyer to join our team at The PM Law Group. As a key member of our Commercial Property Department, you will be responsible for handling a caseload of residential and commercial sales, purchases, and remortgages.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a suitably sized caseload of conveyancing transactions, ensuring timely and efficient completion.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, solicitors, and other stakeholders through various channels.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in conveyancing and commercial property law.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of business strategies and processes.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a conveyancing fee earner role, with a strong understanding of commercial property law.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Case Management Systems and Land Registry Portal.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of anti-money laundering legislation, CQS requirements, and SRA compliance obligations.
