Job SummaryWe're seeking a skilled Technical Trainer to join our team. As a Technical Trainer, you'll be responsible for delivering technical content to diverse audiences through various formats, including classroom, virtual classroom, and recorded sessions. You'll need to have a strong technical background, experience with enterprise software, and excellent communication skills.
This role requires a high level of technical expertise, with a focus on delivering complex content in a clear and concise manner. You'll work closely with our product teams to develop effective training courseware and curriculum. Travel is required, with up to 50% of your time spent on the road.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver technical content to various audiences through multiple formats.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and technologies.
- Collaborate with product teams to create effective training courseware and curriculum.
- Travel up to 50% of the time, with opportunities to work with global teams.
- Strong technical background and experience with enterprise software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- 3-5 years of experience in a technical training environment.
- ITIL certification preferred.
- Additional languages: German, French, Spanish, or Italian are a plus.
