Senior Estimator Role

Project Partners is seeking a highly skilled Senior Estimator to play a crucial role in the pre-construction phase, ensuring accurate and competitive project cost estimates.

Key Responsibilities

The Senior Estimator will be responsible for:

  • Conducting take-offs from drawings and BIM CAD models to ensure accurate cost estimates
  • Understanding contract requirements, specifications, and obligations to ensure compliance
  • Identifying and communicating any issues within individual tenders or groups of bids that may present operational challenges or expose the company to increased risk
  • Ensuring tenders make sufficient allowance for health and safety issues and realistic programmes for project delivery

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record of successful bidding and securing projects
  • A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
  • Familiarity with Building Information Modelling (BIM) software and construction industry best practices
