We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Corporate Lawyer to join our team at QED Legal LLP. As General Counsel for legal, compliance, and data protection matters across UK legal entities, you will be responsible for leading and supporting the legal department.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Draft and negotiate commercial contracts and agreements with clients in the UK market.
  • Provide expert legal advice and ensure compliance with laws and processes related to public procurement in the UK.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management and external counsel law firms.
  • Develop strategic plans to manage disputes and ensure the company's interests are protected.
  • Lead a small legal team and mentor junior lawyers.

**Requirements**

  • Profound knowledge of public procurement law in the UK is essential.
  • Must be an English qualified solicitor with at least 7 years of post-qualified experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to work closely with the Compliance Officer and Data Protection Officer.
  • A commercial outlook on work and ability to analyze complex issues.
