Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Lovell, a leading provider of mixed tenure affordable homes. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in the financial management of our construction projects, ensuring that we deliver high-quality homes and regeneration projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial cost control and reporting of construction projects
  • Management of subcontractor accounts and cash flow
  • Identification and mitigation of commercial threats to projects
  • Supervision and training of junior surveyors
  • Preparation and analysis of financial reports
Requirements:
  • Minimum degree level in quantity surveying or a related field
  • Substantial experience in the construction industry, preferably in a senior quantity surveying role
  • Strong commercial skills, including cost control and cash management
  • Excellent communication and decision-making skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and COINS
