Key Responsibilities:
- Provide therapeutic care and support to adults with learning disabilities
- Assist with daily living tasks and promote independence
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
- Monitor and record patient conditions, ensuring accurate and timely reporting
Requirements:
- At least 6 months experience of working in a social care setting
- Hold a current Enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to obtain one
- The right to work in the UK
- PBM/TMVA certificate (training provided)
