About the Role:
As a Support Worker, you will be part of a dynamic team supporting adults with autistic spectrum conditions and associated complex needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting residents through a care pathway to achieve independence
- Providing therapeutic care and support to service users
- Maintaining accurate records of patient conditions
Requirements:
- At least 6 months experience in a social care setting
- Current Enhanced DBS on the update service or willing to obtain one
- The right to work in the UK
