As a key member of our Case Management team, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing a robust case management service for legal disrepair, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, customer satisfaction, and achievement of our obligations.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of Case Management Officers in managing customer and colleague enquiries around complex repairs, legal and non-legal disrepair cases, complaints, and alternative dispute resolution.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Manage the customer experience and support functions associated with Case Management responsibilities.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve case management processes and reduce financial liability.
We are looking for someone with:
- Experience in managing a team within a Repairs or Customer Service environment dealing with Disrepair legal matters, complex enquiries, complaints, and Case Management to dispute resolution.
- Extensive experience in the housing sector, ideally working within a customer-focused Asset Management team.
- Results-driven and commercially aware with a focus on continuous improvement and the ability to drive change.
