Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team as a Brand Ambassador. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales growth, and promoting our brand values.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Experience: Deliver an exceptional customer experience by actively greeting, listening, and offering individualized advice to customers.
  • Sales Growth: Strive for high productivity and maximize sales and services goals by seizing every opportunity to engage with customers.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop strong product knowledge for all our services, including Hire, Custom Made, Retail, Alterations, Ship from Store, and use this knowledge to tailor the customer experience.
  • Store Performance: Identify external opportunities to improve store performance and provide the best customer experience, using feedback from Feefo and Mystery Shops.
  • Store Operations: Assist store management with stockroom and back area housekeeping, including receiving deliveries, stock handling, and adhering to all stock and cash control procedures.
  • Appointment Process: Utilize the appointed platform to ensure that all customers are contacted prior to their visit and status information is recorded accurately.
Requirements
  • Technical Skills: Basic product knowledge, POS systems, and familiarity with cash tills, credit card processing, and inventory management systems.
  • Personal Attributes: Reflect the aesthetic of Moss through personal style and presentation, embody Moss's core values and behavioural competencies, and have outstanding communication abilities.
