We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our dynamic team as a QHSE & Operations Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity to provide administrative support to our QHSE Director and contribute to the operational aspects of our UK business.
Key Responsibilities- Operations: Provide administrative support for site facilities management, including various regular and ad hoc administrative processes and projects.
- Production: Collect and enter weekly time-sheets into our ERP System, as well as perform various other regular and ad hoc administrative processes and projects.
- QHSE and Compliance: Administer customer complaints and warranty claims, support asset management, and maintain safety-related training records. Lead the maintenance of documented information, including BMS Document Management. Assist with export controls tasks and participate in internal and external ISO-related audits.
- NVQ Level 4 Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
- Experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Demonstratable skills in the preparation and management of documented information
- High standard of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to assess priorities and work on own initiative
- Results-focused and committed to achieving deadlines
- Understanding of the importance of maintaining confidentiality
- Hands-on approach
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
