Civil and Structural Engineering Opportunity

We are seeking a part-qualified engineer to join our Civil and Structural Engineering team in Plymouth. As a part of our Industrial Placement Scheme, you will gain exposure to complex project work and receive support from our Chartered Engineers.

This is an excellent opportunity for students with an engineering background to develop their skills and knowledge in building design, working in a highly collaborative multi-disciplinary team focused on sustainability and technical excellence.

Responsibilities:
  • Project work at concept and scheme design, modelling detailed design, specification and drawing
  • Preparation of reports, providing advice and guidance to clients and project teams
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders, developing relationships and people skills
  • Managing your workload to meet project deadlines
  • Arranging and attending meetings, taking minutes and distributing actions

The ideal candidate will have a strong academic record, excellent communication and written skills, and a desire to learn from industry experts.

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum

Location: Plymouth
