About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Salesforce Analyst to join our team and contribute to the development of the CRM strategy, workflows, and data segmentation practices. Your expertise will help maximise lead conversion and campaign engagement.

  • Create targeted email campaigns to drive customer engagement and acquisition.
  • Analyse CRM data to identify opportunities for automated workflows and improved lead nurturing.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to align CRM activity with business objectives.
  • Maintain data health and integrity, striving for constant improvement.
  • Develop reporting and dashboards on Salesforce to monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience in a CRM Executive or similar role.
  • Basic knowledge of Salesforce.
  • Confident in managing, manipulating, and segmenting data.
  • Familiar with setting up and maintaining automated workflows and journeys.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build effective relationships internally and externally.
