About This Role
We are currently seeking an experienced Reward Administrator to join our team. As the ideal candidate, you will be responsible for administering employee benefits, compensation plans, and recognition programs. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our employees receive fair and competitive rewards for their hard work and dedication.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer CEVA's employee benefit programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness programs.
- Support with all reward communications, including announcements on new benefits and initiatives.
- Maintain and update compensation data in our HR system.
- Coordinate with benefit providers to resolve employee issues.
- Assist in the management and administration of compensation programs, including the annual pay review, bonus plans, and other incentive programs.
- Oversee the reward team mailbox, ensuring efficient communication and resolution of inquiries.
Requirements and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent analytical skills, and a passion for ensuring our reward systems and processes allow us to fairly and competitively reward all of our colleagues. You will have an administrative background, gained within HR or Reward, and the ability to manage large amounts of data. Due to the nature of the role, it is essential you have excellent communication skills and a proficient user in all Microsoft applications.
