Clinical Development Role in Norfolk
Are you a newly qualified physiotherapist looking to gain experience in a rotational position or a current physiotherapist eager to widen your knowledge and skills set? Look no further than this excellent opportunity with Norfolk Community Health and Care NHS Trust As a Band 5 Rotational Physiotherapist, you will embark on a journey of clinical development, working across various settings, including community-based and ward-based placements. You will have the chance to develop your skills and knowledge in different areas, such as rehabilitation, neurological care, and stroke services. Our rotational development days will also enable you to share experiences and best practices with your colleagues.

About the Job
In this role, you will be responsible for assessing patients, formulating individual management plans, and delivering high-quality treatment programs. You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication with patients and their families. Your duties will include delegating tasks to healthcare assistants and assistant practitioners, providing advice and teaching to relatives and carers, and maintaining accurate records. You will also be expected to travel to different locations within Norfolk, using your own transport or public transportation, and participate in weekend and bank holiday duties as required.

Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must hold a BSc or MSc in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution and be registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). You should have a valid driving license and be able to commit to weekend and bank holiday duties. A broad range of core clinical experience at pre-registration level or equivalent post-registration experience is essential. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are also required, along with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to change. Finally, you should be committed to continuing professional development and lifelong learning.

Salary
The salary for this position is £25,500 - £31,383 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including generous annual leave entitlements, flexible working arrangements, and opportunities for career progression.
