About Our Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Advanced Specialist Occupational Therapy Lead to join our team at the West of England Specialist Gender Identity Clinic (WESGIC). As a key member of the Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT), you will play a crucial role in supporting patients with gender dysphoria.

Responsibilities: Manage a caseload of people with complex needs autonomously within professional guidelines and the overall framework of the services' policies and procedures. Clinically supervise OTs, Named Professionals, and Peer Support Workers working in the Gender Service; lead peer supervision and continuing professional development of OT staff.

What You'll Need: Significant experience working in community settings in MDTs. Training in gender healthcare. Highly developed knowledge of theory and practice of OT within gender healthcare. Experience of working in gender healthcare.

Salary: £50,000 - £70,000 per annum depending on experience.
