About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Kitchen Manager to join our team at BrewDog Upminster. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring that our food is of the highest quality and consistently delivered to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of chefs and kitchen staff to deliver exceptional food quality and service
- Develop and implement menus that showcase our commitment to quality and innovation
- Manage kitchen operations, including inventory, ordering, and supply chain management
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food safety standards
- Collaborate with our bar team to deliver seamless service and ensure that our customers have an exceptional experience
About You
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional food and service. You will have a proven track record of leading kitchen teams and driving business growth through menu development and innovation. You will also have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team to deliver their best.
Requirements
- At least 2 years' experience in a kitchen leadership role in a similar site
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional food quality and service
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire a team to deliver their best
- Knowledge of craft beer and food pairings is desirable, but not essential
