About Us
We're on the hunt for a talented Kitchen Manager to join our team at BrewDog Upminster, a thriving craft beer bar in the heart of Upton.
As a Kitchen Manager, you'll be responsible for leading our kitchen team to deliver exceptional food and beer pairings that exceed our customers' expectations. You'll work closely with our management team to develop and implement menus, manage inventory, and maintain high standards of food quality and safety.
About The Role
We're looking for a passionate and experienced Kitchen Manager who shares our commitment to delivering an outstanding customer experience. You'll have a proven track record of leading kitchen teams, managing food costs, and maintaining high levels of food quality and safety. You'll be a natural trainer, able to develop and mentor your team members to achieve their full potential.
About You
You'll be part of a dynamic and passionate team that's dedicated to delivering an exceptional customer experience. You'll have a strong understanding of craft beer and be able to develop and implement beer pairings that complement our menu offerings. You'll be a strong communicator, able to work effectively with our management team, kitchen staff, and customers to achieve our goals.
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a kitchen leadership role in a similar site
- Proven track record of leading kitchen teams, managing food costs, and maintaining high levels of food quality and safety
- Strong understanding of craft beer and ability to develop and implement beer pairings
- Natural trainer, able to develop and mentor team members
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
