Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Physical Education Director to join our team at a renowned all-boys school in Hounslow. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the PE department and ensuring the provision of high-quality physical education to students.

About the Role

This is a permanent position that requires the ability to motivate and inspire students, as well as lead and manage a team of staff. The ideal candidate will have experience running a PE department and possess strong leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the PE department and develop curriculum plans that cater to the needs of students
  • Motivate and inspire students to participate in physical activities and sports
  • Manage and supervise staff members within the PE department
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • Experience running a PE department previously or be an ambitious 2ic
  • QTS or QTLS would be ideal, but the school is open to overseas qualified teachers

The salary for this position is negotiable based on experience, with a minimum estimated range of £40,000 - £60,000 per annum.
