The Opportunity

We're on the hunt for a talented and ambitious Social Media Content Creator to join our client's marketing team in Leicester.

This role presents an exciting chance to shape the online presence of a leading local estate agency and drive engagement across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and grow the company's social media presence across Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms
  • Create compelling, SEO-optimised content that showcases properties and engages the local community
  • Develop and implement a content calendar aligned with marketing strategies and business goals
  • Analyse social media metrics and adjust strategies to optimise performance
  • Collaborate with estate agents to highlight new listings and local market insights
  • Stay abreast of social media trends and platform updates to ensure cutting-edge practices
What We're Looking For:
  • Proven experience in social media management and content creation, preferably within the property or related sectors
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating successful social media campaigns and their results
  • Excellent written and visual communication skills
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and their application to social media
  • Creativity and ability to think outside the box
  • Full, clean UK driving licence for occasional property visits
