Job Title: HR Advisor

We are seeking a skilled HR Advisor to join our People team on a full-time, 37.5 hours per week, 12-month fixed term contract to cover maternity leave.

This role will work on a hybrid basis, with a mix of office and remote work, depending on business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a point of contact for colleagues and management
  • Provide employee relation (ER) case management support and guidance
  • Mediate and resolve colleague conflicts and grievances
  • Assist in the implementation of performance management framework

  • Support recruitment processes
  • Assist in the development of job descriptions and specifications

  • Support in pay talks with trade unions

  • Maintain documentation and prepare reports as needed
