We are working with one of our top clients to expand their coffee field service team.

Job Title: Coffee Field Service Engineer

Estimated Salary: £37,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced technician to join a forward-thinking company in the coffee industry.

Main duties and responsibilities include:

  • Installing, commissioning, and setting up commercial coffee equipment
  • Performing preventative maintenance services to ensure optimal equipment performance
  • Attending reactive breakdown and repair call outs to resolve issues promptly
  • Providing operator training on the operation and cleaning of coffee equipment
  • Managing spare parts stock holding in the service van
  • Completing service reports and managing paperwork efficiently

You will receive full training before joining the 1-in-4 weekend rota, allowing you to become an integral part of the team.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, with 1 in 4 weekend shifts.

  • 40 hours standard working week, with 2.5 hours unpaid lunch break and 5 hours travelling time paid at 10 per hour
  • Non-contributory company pension scheme (company pays 10%)
  • Death in service benefit: 4 times annual salary to nominated persons
