We are seeking an experienced Oxford Store Team Lead to join our team at WHSmith's Oxford store. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in inspiring and motivating your colleagues to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leadership and coaching, with the ability to drive sales growth and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction. They will also be responsible for managing store operations, including opening and closing procedures, and ensuring that all aspects of the store are run efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate the store team to deliver excellent customer service
  • Drive sales growth through effective visual merchandising and stock management
  • Manage store operations, including opening and closing procedures
  • Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and staff engagement

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to motivate and coach staff
  • Experience in retail management, preferably with WHSmith
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
