The Job
As Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading our Oxford team and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You'll deliver exceptional customer service, mentor and inspire your team, and help them achieve both personal and store-wide success. You'll also be responsible for driving sales growth, managing inventory, and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
  • Leadership Skills: Proven experience in team management and motivation.
  • Retail Experience: Ideally in consumer electronics, but we welcome customer-focused backgrounds.
  • Passion for Technology: A genuine interest in home entertainment systems.
