**Job Title:** HSE Specialist

AMS People Limited seeks an experienced HSE Specialist to join our team. As a key contributor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our employees and stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HSE strategies and policies.
  • Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations for mitigation.
  • Train and coach staff on HSE best practices.
  • Investigate incidents and accidents, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure HSE considerations are integrated into decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in HSE, preferably in a manufacturing or related industry.
  • Strong understanding of health, safety, and environmental legislation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary range: £55,000 - £75,000 per annum.
