Berrys is seeking a highly skilled Chartered Building Surveyor to join our dynamic Building Consultancy team in Kettering. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering a wide range of project and professional-based building surveying work.
Key Responsibilities:- Pre-acquisition building surveys
- Schedules of condition
- Preparation and negotiation of schedule of dilapidations
- Preparation of schedules of works
- Project management
- CDM assessment
- Rebuild cost assessment for insurance purposes
- Planned maintenance programmes
- Party Wall Awards
- Experience in commercial property building surveying
- Desirable: residential surveys
- RICS Registered Building Surveyor
- Post-qualification experience
- Excellent salary reflective of skills, qualifications, and experience
