Job Title: Aesthetic Field Service Engineer

Prospero Integrated is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Service Engineer to join our team. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients in the Audio Visual industry.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Scheduled Maintenance Visits: Carry out regular maintenance visits to ensure our clients' Audio Visual systems are running smoothly and efficiently.
  2. Technical Guidance: Provide expert guidance and support to our After Sales Coordinator and junior engineers to ensure seamless service delivery.
  3. Service Visits: Conduct service visits as required, adhering to agreed response times and completing necessary paperwork and communication with the After Sales Coordinator.
  4. Repair Works: Perform on-site repair works as necessary, completing necessary paperwork and communication with the After Sales Coordinator.
  5. Service Call Management: Liaise with the After Sales Coordinator regarding incoming service calls, attend bookings, and provide feedback to the After Sales Coordinator.
  6. Follow-up Service Visits: Attend follow-up service visits, document and monitor outstanding issues, and communicate with the After Sales Coordinator to organize completion within the schedule.
  7. Tracking and Reporting: Complete and present paperwork to the After Sales Coordinator, keeping information up-to-date and accurate.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years' experience in a service engineering role, preferably in the Audio Visual and Technological industry.
  • Proactive approach and ability to react quickly and calmly to customer demands.
  • Excellent understanding of integrated Audio Visual systems, their maintenance requirements, and the software and hardware that comprise them.
  • Ability to manage own work and travel time to meet deadlines and keep to daily schedule.
