Registered Nurse Specializing in Learning Disabilities

Elysium Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse specializing in Learning Disabilities to join our team.
In this role, you will play a vital part in providing exceptional care to adult men with diverse mental health needs. Your expertise and commitment to evidence-based practice will contribute significantly to their well-being and recovery.
Your Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, person-centered nursing care that prioritizes the individual's needs and preferences.
- Conduct thorough assessments, develop comprehensive care plans, and implement interventions tailored to each service user's unique circumstances.
- Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including doctors, therapists, and social workers, to ensure holistic and coordinated care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of service users' progress, observations, and any changes in their condition.
- Provide mentorship and support to nursing colleagues, fostering a culture of learning and professional development.
