Job Opportunity

Salt is seeking an experienced eCommerce Manager to join their team on a fixed-term contract. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing and growing the subscription service, driving subscriber growth, and optimising the subscription journey.

This role requires a strong understanding of eCommerce and subscription business models, with excellent project management skills. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in an eCommerce role with elements of subscriptions, ideally within a fast-paced retail environment.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate key operational activities and manage day-to-day operational tasks to ensure seamless execution of the subscription program.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive subscription sign-up and retention, integrating subscription campaigns and initiatives into the overall GTM strategy.
  • Work closely with marketing teams to optimise promotion and acquisition efforts.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators, identifying actionable insights to improve metrics.
  • Collaborate with the product team to optimise the program on features and fixes.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an eCommerce role with elements of subscriptions.
  • Strong understanding of eCommerce and subscription business models.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Ability to analyse data, create reports, and derive actionable insights.
  • Commercial astuteness with a track record of driving growth and profitability.
