This position offers a unique chance to work closely with the team to develop and implement effective fraud risk management strategies.

You will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the fraud risk management control environment, conducting risk assessments, and implementing controls to mitigate potential risks. Additionally, you will create and deliver internal training programs to promote fraud awareness across the Group.

Salary: £60,000 - £75,000 per annum

Job Description:

This is a senior role that requires strong leadership skills and expertise in fraud risk management. You will work closely with the team to identify and assess risks, develop mitigation strategies, and implement controls.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain the Fraud Risk Management Framework.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and provide recommendations to the business.
  • Implement controls to mitigate identified risks.
  • Create and deliver internal training programs to enhance fraud awareness.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in managing fraud risk and consulting on business projects.
  • Strong understanding of the UK banking and financial services environment.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
