Salary: up to £600k (base + bonuses + benefits). This exceptional opportunity is part of our ongoing build-out into High Frequency Trading, which will complement our multi-asset, multi-strategy approach.

About the Role

This is an exciting chance for an exceptional Quant Developer to join our small engineering team within the central research technology group. Working closely with Portfolio Managers, you will be responsible for building, operating, and evolving our tech stack through analysis of business requirements and identification of solutions.

You will have the opportunity to tackle a wide variety of problems, from creating intraday signal research tools, mid- & high-frequency trading, real-time market data, and beyond. A motivated self-starter with creative & analytical problem-solving skills will thrive in this environment.

Requirements
  1. At least 3-7+ years' development experience in a similar role
  2. Strong programming skills in C++ (some Python knowledge would be beneficial)
  3. Solid Linux admin experience
  4. Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
