Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet client requirements, identifying and sourcing top talent
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, providing exceptional customer service and support
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and drive growth

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong understanding of the recruitment industry and market trends, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary: £48,000 - £65,000 per annum based on experience.
