Prospero Health & Social Care - Cardiff is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Childrens Home Manager to lead a brand new childrens home. This is an exceptional opportunity for a skilled manager passionate about making a difference in childrens lives.

About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity to shape and influence the future of a new facility, ensuring high standards of care and compliance from the very start. As a Registered Childrens Home Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the childrens home, ensuring the highest standards of care and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of the childrens home, ensuring the highest standards of care and safety.
  • Lead and motivate a team of care professionals, providing guidance and support.
  • Ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations and all relevant legislation.
  • Develop and implement care plans tailored to the needs of each child.
  • Maintain effective communication with children, families, and external agencies.
  • Oversee the home's budget and resources effectively.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience working in childrens residential care.
  • In-depth understanding of childrens home regulations.
  • Experience working with Ofsted.
  • Full UK driving license.
