Assembly Operations Coordinator

We are seeking an Assembly Operations Coordinator to join our manufacturing team in Ashford, United Kingdom. This role involves operating machinery, assembling products, and ensuring production targets are met in a safe and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Assemble products according to company specifications.
- Perform quality checks on finished products and report defects.
- Ensure production targets and deadlines are met.
- Coordinate with the production team to ensure smooth operations.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines and procedures.
- Assist with stock management and packing of products.
Requirements:
