About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant to join our team at Opus Recruitment Solutions. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting a national charity dedicated to ending homelessness and transforming the lives of people experiencing it.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and understand business requirements to identify opportunities for process improvement and system enhancements.
  • Design, develop, and implement Dynamics 365 CE solutions, including configuration, customisation, and data migration.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance of the Dynamics 365 CRM system, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure integration with other systems and platforms.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant, with a strong understanding of CRM principles and best practices.
  • Either Sales, Service, Marketing, or Field Service)
  • Experience working in a non-profit or charity sector is preferred.
