Job Title: Appian Server/Platform Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Appian Server/Platform Administrator with a strong expertise in troubleshooting, performance analysis, and platform administration. The ideal candidate will serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on our Appian platform, ensuring optimal performance, efficient configurations, and streamlined support for the development teams.

Performance Troubleshooting & Optimization:

  • Diagnose and resolve complex Appian performance issues.
  • Conduct root cause analysis of server and system utilization, identifying and mitigating bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
  • Proactively monitor and analyze system health, providing early diagnosis of potential performance issues.

Appian Installation, Configuration & Maintenance:

  • Perform installations (version upgrade/hotfix deployments), environment setup, and configurations of Appian across multiple environments.
  • Manage Appian servers and ensure consistent, high-performance operation through scheduled maintenance, updates, and tuning.

Application Migration & Deployment:

  • Coordinate and execute application migrations across environments, ensuring data integrity and continuity during each transition.
  • Develop and manage the Appian deployment process and admin console configurations to support seamless application delivery.

The estimated salary for this position is around $90,000 per year.
