EV Customer Support Supervisor

At Vontier, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced EV Customer Support Supervisor to join our Aftermarket team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving the effectiveness of our e-Mobility support function.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategies to enhance cooperation and coordination across teams within the Aftermarket function, Charge Point Operators, and Original Equipment Manufacturers.
- Supervise the Help Desk technical support team to ensure effective resource deployment and resolution of customer onsite issues through remote diagnostic technical support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide best-in-class service for the e-Mobility sector.
- Manage operations with people management experience, focusing on customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Background in managing operations with people management experience.
- Customer-focused individual with experience managing demanding customers in a service environment.
- Clear and concise communication skills.
- Previous experience in operating in matrix operational structures.
- Understanding of industry requirements and knowledge of e-Mobility, particularly from a technical/electrical or mechanical operational and health and safety perspective.
- Knowledge of IT systems and portals, with a naturally technical aptitude.
- Ability to work under pressure, demonstrating adaptability and flexibility to change.
- Structured, organized, and self-driven individual.
- Willingness to travel/office based/field based as required.
- Data-driven individual who manages situations through facts and KPIs.
