EV Customer Support Supervisor

At Vontier, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced EV Customer Support Supervisor to join our Aftermarket team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving the effectiveness of our e-Mobility support function.
About the Role:The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the Help Desk technical support team, ensuring resources are deployed effectively to resolve customer onsite issues through remote-based diagnostic technical support. This will enable forecourt sites to remain operational, ensuring seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage operations with people management experience
- Customer-focused individual with experience of managing demanding customers in a service environment
- Clear and concise communication skills
- Previous experience in operating in matrix operational structures
- Understanding of industry requirements, coupled with knowledge of e-Mobility, particularly from a technical/electrical or mechanical operational and health and safety perspective
- Knowledge of IT systems/portals and a naturally technical aptitude
- Ability to work under pressure, demonstrating adaptability and flexibility to change in order to support the team/business
- Structured, organised and self-driven
- Willingness to travel/office based/field based as required
- Data-driven individual, who manages situations through facts and KPIs and is able to produce and drive effective action plans and countermeasures
- Able to gather and analyse data, own and resolve problematic situations related to operational performance
- Team Player, who works effectively with superiors, peers and team to achieve performance standards require
- Good working knowledge of MS Office suite of products specifically Excel
