About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Program Manager to join our Amazon Supply Chain Optimization Technologies (SCOT) team. As a key member of our Direct Fulfillment (DF) Onboarding Team, you will be responsible for the integration of vendors with our DF processes and systems.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Strategic Project Leadership: Lead strategic projects across various product categories, collaborating with multiple partner teams to define long-term business and strategic priorities for these domains.
  2. Automation and Process Improvement: Drive automation through providing vendors better tools to self-serve, and drive improvements working with DF Tech/Product Team and join forces with Retail for long-term and tactical planning.
  3. Vendor Experience Enhancement: Drive and lead continuous improvement initiatives with Carriers, Vendors, Customer Service and Retail teams to improve customer experience, vendor experience and processes.
  4. Process Optimization: Collaborate with team to improve tracking and monitoring of pipeline to increase team efficiency.
  5. Vendor Integration and Analysis: Analyzing, tracking and improving vendor's DF integration process for First Party Amazon Carriers and Third Party partners across all EU marketplaces.
  6. Operational Excellence: Preparing for and leading Ops calls, business reviews (XBRs) and workshops (internal/external) and advising Amazon leadership team proactively of critical situations along with the expected impact and mitigation actions planned.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience in program or project management
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
  • Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
  • Experience leading process improvements
  • Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
