Senior Program Manager

Debro Group Ltd. t/a ABL Recruitment is seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to support the growth of our media entertainment business across Europe.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with finance to establish service and financial KPIs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure key roadmaps and activities align with short- and long-term business objectives.
  • Lead regular business reviews to track progress and present to senior management.
  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives that span across all teams or don't fit into any one team's remit.
  • Secure leadership and stakeholder buy-in for these initiatives.
  • Manage cross-functional processes to translate desired outcomes into specific tasks and owners.
  • Track progress, setting up critical project reviews as needed, and manage through obstacles to deliver program objectives.
  • Support knowledge sharing across the business, implementing additional mechanisms as necessary to aid circulation of key learnings and changes.
  • Contribute to the development and writing of strategic proposal documents from country level content/programming and functional teams.
Requirements
  • Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
  • Program or project management experience.
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
  • Complex problem-solving skills and ability to work in a tight schedule environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience leading process improvements.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with non-tech teams.
  • Ability to write clear, articulate, and logically supported recommendations to senior management.
  • High level of independence and ability to operate with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior-level executives.
  • Proven ability to absorb, assess, and retain large volumes of information.
