About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mental Health Nurse to join our All Age Autism Intensive Support Team in Coventry and Warwickshire. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with individuals with autism and mental health needs, providing clinical assessments, risk assessments, and autism-informed interventions to reduce the risk of hospital admission.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clinical assessments and risk assessments for individuals with autism and mental health needs
  • Autism-informed interventions to reduce the risk of hospital admission
  • Collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams, including Occupational Therapists, Clinical Psychologists, and Therapy Assistants
  • Providing individualized training to families and care providers
  • Mental health check-ins and support
