About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team on a flexible shift basis. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients with mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and monitor patient conditions, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective care plans.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care, promoting patient-centered outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and carers, ensuring their needs are met and their voices are heard.
  • Stay up-to-date with current nursing practices, adhering to Trust policies and procedures, and contributing to a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Person Specification
  • A minimum of 6 months paid experience in a Mental Health Hospital environment within the last 3 years.
  • Restraint and ILS Training completed within the last 12 months.
  • All Registered Nurse roles will be required to provide evidence of NMC Registration, Degree/Diploma in Nursing, and Disclosure and Barring Service Check.
