About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Stage Manager to join our team at Butlin's. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our day and evening entertainments.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supervising and supporting the technical team to deliver high-quality productions
  • Creating and providing detailed show reports to inform future productions
  • Developing and implementing stage plans and schedules to ensure efficient technical support
  • Liaising with the director and other stakeholders to deliver successful productions
  • Acting as security personnel to safeguard equipment and performers
  • Ensuring the correct storage and maintenance of scenery and scenic properties
  • Adhering to and implementing health and safety procedures

We are looking for someone with a proven track record in stage management and leadership, with excellent communication skills and a problem-solving attitude. If you are a creative and organized individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional productions, we would love to hear from you.
