Customer Service and Support Specialist

We are seeking a Customer Service and Support Specialist to join our team in various locations across Devon.
About the Role:
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Analyze and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to achieve sales and revenue targets.
- Meet or exceed monthly performance metrics and productivity standards.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or university education preferred.
- Previous customer service experience an asset.
