About the Role:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Analyze and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to achieve sales and revenue targets.
  • Meet or exceed monthly performance metrics and productivity standards.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or university education preferred.
  • Previous customer service experience an asset.
