Job Title: Senior Probation Officer - Crime Management Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Probation Officer to join our team at Red Snapper Recruitment Limited. As a Senior Probation Officer, you will be responsible for managing a team of probation officers and ensuring that they are deployed effectively to meet the needs of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage a team of probation officers to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively
* Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and achieve organizational goals
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure that the organization is meeting its public protection targets
* Proactively manage staff development, issues of underperformance, attendance, health and safety, employee relations, and diversity matters
* Ensure that offender managers are managing risk appropriately and meeting all public protection standards and targets

Requirements:

* A degree in a relevant field such as social work, psychology, or criminology
* Significant experience in a probation or criminal justice setting
* Excellent leadership and management skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
