About the Role:

  • Support students with SEND in a dynamic and inclusive learning environment
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement individualized education plans
  • Provide one-to-one support and small group instruction to students with varying needs
  • Assist with lesson planning and preparation, including adapting materials and resources for students with SEND
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of behavior management strategies and interventions

Requirements:

  • Experience working with students with SEND, preferably in a primary school setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
  • Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant Qualification (desirable)
