Empowering Learning is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support students with Special Educational Needs (SEND) in a school in Surrey/South West London.
The school caters for young adults (16-25) with SEND and is based just outside Heathrow airport.
As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with an SEND teacher to support students with various learning difficulties, including Severe Learning Difficulties, Complex Needs, SEMH, Autism, and ADHD.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting students with personal care and physical development
- Assisting with supervising pupils' behaviour
- Engaging and supporting students with various learning difficulties

Requirements:
- Experience in supporting children or young adults with learning difficulties is desirable but not essential

- Available 5 days a week and able to commit to at least 3-6 months
