Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced teaching assistant to join our team in Staines, supporting and assisting within the classroom as a SEN Learning Support Assistant.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the class teacher in planning and delivering lessons tailored to individual students' needs.
  • Support students with SEN in small group or one-to-one settings.
  • Help maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience working with students with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A patient and empathetic approach when working with students.
  • An ability to think creatively and adapt to changing situations.
What We Offer

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £38,000 - £43,000 per annum, depending on experience. This role also offers opportunities for professional growth and development within a supportive and collaborative team environment.
